Our coaching staff is comprised of 100% volunteers fully invested in developing the fundamentals of lacrosse.
Coach Justin Luciano
Administrator/Coach
Coach Luciano started the boys and girls lacrosse programs at West Florida High School in Pensacola, FL in 2015. He has over 15 years of coaching experience at all age levels with baseball, swimming, and lacrosse. As a child growing up in New England, Justin played all sports before settling into swimming year round in middle school and high school.
Coach JR Reinsch
Boys' Coach
Coach Jon brings over 20 years of youth sports coaching experience to the field, with five of those years being solely dedicated to lacrosse. He is a U.S. Lacrosse Level 3Â Certified coach, and is the Director of Stingrays Lacrosse in Pensacola, Florida. His focus on player development, communication and sportsmanship helps to provide a positive learning environment for each player.
Coach Trinity McManus
Girls' Coach
Trinity began her lacrosse career at West Florida High School as a member of the inaugural girls lacrosse team. She has played lacrosse for six years, and served as a captain of her high school team for two years. She played at the collegiate level for three years, where her team won a conference championship and competed in the NAIA national tournament. She has been coaching lacrosse for 5 years.
Coach Christine Fiore
Girls' Coach
Christine Fiore has over 15 years of lacrosse experience. She graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2022 where she was a 2x all patriot league defender and captained the defense her senior year.
Coach Bridget Romeiko
Girl's Coach
Bridget’s playing experience began at West Florida High School. She coached her first season of high school lacrosse in 2023 and helped lead the team to a winning season. Where she lacks in time as a coach, she makes up for in passion for growing the game. Her focus is developing each player on and off the field, which includes: stick skills, general lacrosse knowledge, a competitive spirit and most importantly good sportsmanship.
